My Thoughts About This Challenge
This looked terribly difficult but I decided to give the challenge a try. I started with acrylic underpainting and used oil on top of that. The photo is showing some reflection on the right hand side of the picture from the wet oil paint. I enjoyed working on this painting because it was something totally new to me. I've never did any sgraffito before and was surprised at the outcome. Because I'm not attending any classes I am learning a lot from these challenges.
I'm not sure if I should bring more light into the pathway.
Lessons Learned
- To do some sgraffito.
- Not to be afraid to try something new.
- There is a painting in every picture.
