My Thoughts About This Challenge
This is my first painting and I am really excited to make this old cottage painting. My experience of painting is not too much but I love making paintings. So I've decided I'd like to paint with acrylics on canvas.
Lessons Learned
- I think painting is not easy when I've finished it but I am happy make something different.
Marion Boddy-Evans, Painting Guide, says:
Acrylics is a good choice when learning to paint as they're easy to use (dilute and clean up with water), dry quickly so you can paint over bits easily, and can be used in a range of ways from very thick to very thin. I think you've done a great job here, and hopefully you'll tackle some of the other photos and projects on the site too.
