What I'm Doing
This turned out better than I could have hoped. Thank you for the lesson on abstract painting. I was having a difficult time getting started. I like bold vibrant colors. The canvas has been sitting in the living room for a few weeks and I just couldn't think of what to put on it or even how to get started. Then, in my email was the About.com Painting newsletter from Marion Boddy-Evans with a topic on abstract painting. My heartfelt thanks to all who submit those helpful topics and tips. I paint for myself and my enjoyment.
Advice
- Don't give up, especially in the face of criticism... and there will be some.
