From the Artist: I consider it more as a study that I done with painting knife. Even though I use painting knife very often I never use it to do whole painting. It may be interesting to use another media ... I'll see.

If the colors had been blended with a brush, it would have a much softer, more tranquil feel to it. The use of the painting knife has given a dramatic edge, somewhat reminiscent of Turner's painting Snowstorm.
