From the Artist: Working from a black gessoed background and layering in the negative spaces to create a stark black outline. Using the bold colors and intense outline generates excitement and feeling of being at the beach... anytime. Being slightly color blind, I like the clean colors straight from the tube. I will mix my own colors, so I know exactly what I'm using.
