From the Artist: "My second attempt at water drops." (See the first: After the Rain.)
From the Painting Guide: I don't think the water drops in this picture are as successful as on After the Rain and I think it's because although the water drops are very big, her hair looks dry. I'd expect her hair to be more plastered to her face and the ends to be drooping down, not curled up. Also for her to have some water drops on her face -- when I'm caught in the rain I inevitably seem to have water dripping off my nose.
