From the Artist: I like this painting and I hope my hubby does to! It was fashioned after a very old Valentine's card. I was trying to make a rough-looking violet because flowers are a challenge for me and by golly they are pretty rough lookin' This Valentine was fun to paint and I can't wait to see my husband's face... No regular paper card this year! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
