From the Painting Guide: The colors in the sunset sky are glorious! And I like how you've not outlined the whole of the sun with hard edges, just part of it, and created an area of intense brightness instead of a circle. For me this conveys what it's like to look at the setting sun -- you squint your eyes because it's so bright (and you remember your Mum telling you never to look directly at the sun), and so don't see a perfect circle.
