From the Artist: From the Artist: This pastel was done from a photo of my niece Krista and myself. I thought it most appropriate, as she's the one who introduced me to this website. We continue to encourage each other to work on these monthly projects.

Things to Consider When Looking at This Painting:
Grouping Figures: Look at how the bottom edges of the shirts are aligned, how they lead your eye from one person to the other. The similar color hair does the same.
