Using fairly fluid paint, I blocked in blue on the sky, hills, and sea. I also ran a wet brush across the crayon lines that weren't dissolved during the blocking in.
You can see one section where the paint has dribbled down. This happens when the paint is very fluid and you don't spread it out enough; it puddles up and then gravity makes it run down. As this was in the sea area, I didn't wipe it off or paint it out. I knew I was going to be painting over this still and if it showed through it'd just create interesting, subtle texture.
