Sketching in the City of Venice, Italy

In addition to sketching, I also use my sketchbook for noting down ideas I have. This page has a sketch with notes of the characteristic decoration from the front of a gondola, as well as notes about how this could be developed into paintings. For instance, the colors that are reflected hold great potential for abstractions.
