I've never seen oil canvas paper sold in large sheets, only pads up to A2 (16x24") in size. As an alternative, you could use some acrylic gesso on heavy weight drawing or watercolor paper, which would prevent the oil paint soaking into the paper and give it some texture. You can get watercolor paper in a roll several yards long.
