Watch how the artist adds finer detail to hair, and once that's done, she paints the eyebrows and eyelashes. The video starts with the hair established overall already, ready for detail such as highlights to be added, and hair to be painted across the forehead. The artist is using a rake brush, but a fan brush would also do.
