Corel Painter 9 Tutorial: Combine the Layers

This step is really easy. Now that you've turned the photo into a watercolor, you need to paste the sketch you made earlier into the document. Go to the Edit menu at the top and select Paste.

The sketch you created in Step 2 is automatically pasted in as a new layer in the document. To combine the two layers together, click in the menu at the top of the Layers Palette, and select Gel. This makes the white in the sketch transparent, and the result you get looks like a watercolor and pen painting.
