This photo was taken inside the monument to the Afrikaans Language near the town on Paarl (in the winelands near Cape Town, South Africa) looking up the largest column. The concrete the monument's made of is dull and boring, but playing with the patches of light and dark could be interesting (see manipulations I visualise with texture and one for glazes).
