From the Artist: "I used luminous (glow in the dark type) paints on the moon, wtc lights and highlights ... also used textured glass beads for a 3d effect on the moon.... at night you can see the wtc lights and the moon ... I submitted a daylight version and a night version...911 has inspired me to paint... my prayers to the victims."
