From the Painting Guide: Unless you're an established artist, it's almost impossible to say what a painting is worth basically whatever you can get someone to pay you for it. Have a look at the prices of paintings in the market you're trying to sell yours, and price it accordingly. It's a painting which has been created with a degree of skill and I'm sure someone will find it appealing enough to buy. To me, however, while the title of the painting (At the Core) gives it an amusing quality, the painting doesn't tell an interactive story that holds my attention, nor do the disparate elements the apple, the dried mud, the floating koi, the arid landscape, the setting/rising sun produce a compelling feeling of disparity that I get from a Surrealist painting. The elements may have meaning to you or why else did you group them but if you're wanting to sell your work, shouldn't be so cryptic that only you "get it".
