Keeping Brushes From Going Hard

A helpful tip to add to your painting knowledge.

In order to keep brushes from going hard during or after painting, lie them in a small shallow dish or tray (throwaway aluminium trays are ideal) partially filled with water. Ensure that the bristles are fully covered and their handles are resting on the edge of the dish or tray.
