Win a Fancy Box Set of Oils

As part of the 2009 BP Portrait Awards, the National Portrait Gallery in London is offering the chance to win a wooden Cheltenham Oil Colour Box Set from Winsor & Newton that has 18 tubes of paint and eight brushes, a palette and knives, a double dipper and mediums.
