Composition Class: Dynamic Lines

When a painting isn't quite working, a small change in composition can make a huge different in how dynamic it is. If you look at the two versions of this painting, you'll see that only one element has changed -- the line of the hill. Yet with this seemingly simple change, the second version became a much stronger, more dynamic composition, and a far more interesting painting.
