Last-Minute Painting Halloween

Friday October 31, 2008
Create a disposable themed table mats by cutting out a basic Halloween stencil, such as a bat, then use a felt-tip marker along the edge onto suitably sized pieces card. If you've time for paint to dry, use the stencil with orange, black, and red paint. Keep the stencil for another day when you've more time and use it to create a table runner or fabric place mats with fabric paint.

If you've left painting your Halloween party accessories a bit late and are running out of time, you may find a printable solution in this collection of Halloween clipart. Paint borders around the clipart with orange and/or black, or faster still stick them onto colored card.
