An abused brush is a good brush. Means it’s been liked and used before many other brushes! I buy new ones but for some reason rather keep using and abusing the old ones. Have a great WW day!

Oh yes, I have quite a few poor, abused brushes.
The texture on this is great. I love the colors. I’m sure that brush has hit many a canvas. (bad grammar, don’t mind me).

I have used up a few brushes. I ever cut them to get the right angles sometimes. With kids in the house, paint dries in them at times too.
