More About Damaged Art at the Pompidou

Following the reports of art falling off the walls at the Pompidou Center in Paris, Christopher Reynolds of the Los Angeles Times writes that "in some circles" the Pompidou has "a reputation as a place where bad things sometimes happen to borrowed art." His article Museum-quality Art: Handle with Care takes a look at the validity of this reputation and the realities of the risks involved in loaning art for exhibitions, and is well worth a read.
