Faster Results by Painting With Pastels

This cuddly kitten is an 8 x 10 pastel done on black velour paper. Rita posted it on the Painting Forum saying: "The only other finished work I have is the Wolf pastel I posted last week. I tend to be really slow at painting and I have no finished paintings, believe it or not, only a few that are partially done!
