Digital Art Tutorial: Marbling with Corel Painter 9

When I wanted to create an image to accompany the blog on whether graphics software is destroying traditional art skills, I opened up Corel Painter and looked at the options in the distortion palette, thinking it would probably give me an effective result rapidly. It did, but then, as I tend to do with software, once I'd played with the marbling rake I wanted to find out what its true potential was. So I went into Painter's Help documentation, read up on marbling, and discovered I'd merely scratched the surface (to use an appalling pun) as far as marbling with the program goes.
