How to Make a Canvas-on-Board Painting Support
Friday November 4, 2005
Painting Forum member Brian Rice has written a great, illustrated demo on how he builds his painting supports -- a gallery-wrapped, canvas-covered, hardboard panel. Photos show you what happens at each stage, from cutting the board to the finished product (plus a photo of Brian painting on one). I'm sure it'll encourage more of us to have a go at making our own supports (or to print it out and give it to "He Who Is In Control of the Power Tools"). Go to demo...
